First of all ten out of 10 for customer service, turned up the next day and well packaged with no scent.Ok time for the candid review. I thought I'd try this guy as he's a new vendor and the reviews so far around 10 out of 10 for all of them. I'll be honest I don't understand how anyone could give this a 10. I knew going into this that both of these batches of weed were homegrown for personal use and he's got extra he's selling on, might as well. However, the Northern lights is atrocious. There is a hint of the smell you'd expect but it's mostly dry hay. To be honest it actually looks like grass as in grass in the garden, or possibly even grass that you might expect to buy in 1974. It's dry it's leafy it's stalky it's got too many dead brown leaves and there was a mellow buzz but it tastes awful, very harsh. The northern lights in particular is no better than most batches of shake I've tried on lb. The amnesia looks a little better, still way too much dry brown leaf and like the Northern lights has little to no smell, but it does smell better than the NL. Had a brief mellow buzz and again not worth the price it's being sold at. For anyone with an average tolerance I don't think you'll get anything from these, for me the buzz was okay but it just doesn't smoke nice. If these two strains were being sold at 40 pounds an ounce then maybe it will be worth getting if there's no shake anywhere that you trust. But, yeah this is homegrown. if you're old enough to remember buying homegrown in the late 80s or early 90s before we got the proper skunk in , yeah this is basically homegrown. I don't mean this as an insult to the vendor and I don't like giving these type of reviews but, it's best to be honest and hopefully we'll assist any other buyers to avoid being disappointed. Just have to reiterate again that if this was way way cheaper it might be an okay budget smoke, and the amnesia didn't taste too bad. The Northern lights however tasted as dead as it looks. Unfortunately this will go in the bag i'll never smoke
