Sent wrong item. I messaged the vendor privately first to resolve this, but received no response.Right after disputing, the system hit me with an automated 'fraud suspected' flag, which has blocked my direct messaging. I am a completely innocent buyer just trying to fix an honest mistake.I ordered the shweed bar, but received the forest bar (see attached photo proof). Please check the photo and update the Transaxe dispute so we can arrange a reship or settlement. I will happily change this to a 10/10 the moment you reply and fix this.
