Really poor communication, paid for next day delivery but waited well over 2 weeks for order to come. Was told I’d be compensated with extra bar for the wait but nothing ever came of it. When the single bar finally came it was disappointing to say the least.

i love this. 14 squares so 40 mgs approx per square. looks and tastes good. great value. will buy again.

Wasn't really too sure what to give as a review. Lots of faff and hassle and it took ages to get here, but got here in the end. In the end, when I moaned, they became more communicative.Somewhat happy in the end. The chocolate is always great though.Product 10/10

Had to wait 2 weeks to recieve the order. Initially it was horrendous. No communication, tracking number or items even sent. However, I have purchased many times from this seller before and never had any issues so I was aware and very understanding of their supply and backlog issues (which they had created a topic about) and Royal Mail being terrible at this time of the year. So it wasn't entirely their fault. After 10 days the seller did eventually communicate back to me, provided a tracking number and even compensated with an extra bar and store credit which was above and beyond service. So thank you Wonka, really appreciate that. What looked like my last and final order just became my first order for 2026. Please give him a break guys and try to be understanding. He is a great vendor and I know the delays can be frustating for everyone but you will eventually recieve your order with extra. Merry christmas and Happy new Year everyone and Wonka

I’m a long time customer of Wonka, I always love the chocolate (10/10) but recently they’ve been poor on customer service & reasonable delivery times. 19 days for this, isn’t good enough. I’ll need to consider if it’s worth the hassle in future

best product I've ever ordered from LB. my latest order had a bit of a delay due to christmas - perfectly understandable, and wonka kindly gave me some extra chocolate to make up for it. very communicative and well worth the high-quality and potent product.

The chocolates are really nice again, and the perfect strength. Seller is really helpful and communicative too. Royal Mail lost the package, but they sent a replacement as quick as they could.

I'm so glad I didn't listen to the reviews saying you need to eat two pieces to feel something. I ate one piece and was wiped out within an hour. It's the next day and I still feel stupid. The cherry chocolate is delicious and potent. Will definitely order again!

30 year seasoned smoker (trying to stop smoking) who’s never really had much luck with edibles - this product had me as high as balls. Nice tasting (I had the cherry), 2 squares really sat me down. Re-ordering 3 more bars of this today, big fan of this 🤌

Came fast, Taste 10/10 these pack a punch. theres' 14 pieces per bar. saw a recent review saying they had half a square & expected to be stoned if my maths is right half a piece's the equivalent to 85p worths lol just eat a few squares you can tell it's a real full spectrum extract like they state, full body/mind medicinal effects not just the common imported cheap extract that makes u feel Schizophrenic lolTo my surprise i found golden ticket with a QR code, scanned it and my phone started playing willy wonka music hahahah

Half a cherry per piece, 14 pieces so 7 whole cherries!Trying now, literal bliss. i'm pretty sure they even lightly salted the chocolate before wrapping this is like artisan chocolate but edibles omgReally unexpected, these guys are next level feel lucky i found them tbh already places another order*Edit* Im high as fuck and i smoke a lot 😂

Tasty chocolate that packs a punch. Obvious that a lot of time & care goes into these, not the bulk import junk that's basically spice in fancy wrapping.
Don't think the recent low score reviews are fair, this isn't Amazon Prime. Be grateful that vendors like Wonka are on here offering you such goodies.

You pay extra for shipping which is stated to be next day delivery in the UK but if you read other reviews it takes a lot longer. Took 2 weeks for mine to arrive with poor communication. Check the reviews and its common that the seller does not post quickly and keeps buyers waiting. Seller promised to put extra chocolate in but never received any in the parcel. Tried messaging seller but ignored. Wouldn't buy again if this is how customers are treated.

Shipping was a lot longer than expected. But the chocolate is nice with a good potency per chunk. Packaging was fun and liked the little stamp on each piece.

The seller keeps going on holiday (and not noting this on the item listing, only a small note on the main page), but still marking the item as immediately sent - then actually sending the item weeks later (with only automated messages and no actual replies in between). The chocolate is decent but it's becoming not worth the hassle really. Just actually take your items down when you aren't available like other vendors do. Said they'd add a freebie to say sorry and was nothing extra in there too. Loads do other vendors selling chocolate so probably time to avoid for a while till they sort it out.

Was given a flavour I did not ask for and it crumbled apart completely once it was opened. Despite being told I would be given extra for the wait I received nothing. Still good quality for the other two bars.

Packed well & messaged in advance that there may be a slight delay but 4 days is no problem. Repeat customer as it hits consistently. Cut into 14 pieces, which is good to play around with dosage. Recommended & Top vendor.

I ordered 2 bars about 3 weeks ago, I weighed the bars and they were each only 100 grams making a total weight of 200g across two bars. My lasted order I purchased one bar, weighed it and it was 200g on its own. Big fishyness going on so I messaged them to find out why and let them know they've sent the wrong flavour bar, and they replied saying that it's impossible for them to use just 100g of chocolate per bar, which is 100% gaslighting and 100% a lie cause they barely filled the wrappers so I weighed them. How else would I know this? Also I bought a white chocolate bar and they sent a milk chocolate bicoff bar which I don't like, white chocolate and milk chocolate are not even in the same ball park so that pissed me off in itself. The seller won't do anything at all so the biscoff bars no good, going in the bin and I've got no choice but to open a dispute.Clearly scammers

Fantastic seller, great comms and fast shipping. Half the bar had me baked most of yesterday and the evening but up fine this morning without a groggy head. My tolerance is very high though so I would recommend one square to get started as everyone else here was zooted from one square lol Will be back for more!

I’ve got a high tolerance and one square out of fourteen was enough to feel something. My boss who has no tolerance and doesn’t smoke had one square and was trolleyed for a good few hours on site these are good 🤙🏻
