Active Ingredient: TADALAFIL Strength: 20MG, 40MG, 80MG Packing: 10 Tablets in 1 box Tadalafil is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), resulting in relaxation of blood vessels and improved blood flow. In ED, it enhances blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. In BPH, it helps relieve urinary symptoms. For PAH, it reduces pulmonary blood pressure to improve exercise ability.

This is quality and authentic product. I usually get my dick pills online from Assured Pharmacy but the higher strength+quantity from Meds4U has them clearly beat. No headache side affect whilst taking these either so added bonus. Flawless service. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering again.

it does what it says on the box please do not be discouraged because it is on lb. my only gripe was the 7 dollar postage??? and then all the prices went up. if they do more offers i will be the first in the queue but tripling the cost of the 80mg is scandalous. it is still a great product

Cialis 20mg. Excellent. Worked as intended. Tablets came in blister packaging inside a small padded jiffy bag, adequate enough. Ignore generic photo these have 2+ year expiry date. Look legit but I’m no expert, not taken ED medication before. So, I’m a little wary BUT I’ve had zero side effects apart from a stronger, firmer Johnson (…oh yes, and what a lovely sight it was…) I’m 50 but for 24+ hours I felt like a teenager. Pass the cushion. Lots of somebodies walking around with just one eye. I could bat for England - naked. You get the idea!!
