Doc sells good carts - Doc also has zero customer service awareness. Terrible communication, and a vendor who thinks he can do what he wants because he's got a half decent product. Shame.

Oh dear doc...... Ordered some of the "Good" doctor's vape carts the other day, for someone else. They, as you would imagine, made a very specific request from the Doc's manifesto. I ordered said request, and left it at that. My person, received the wrong items. There was zero communication on this BEFORE the fact, and I had to chase the doctor for an explanation. ... And after a lengthy (and rather rude) exchange, the doctor told me this. "you're getting a superior product and extra then it should be great surprise and you have no right to feel disappointed" Also invited me to take my business elsewhere, so at least we ended the conversation in agreement 😂

First time vaping, so I’m still getting used to it. I coughed a lot getting used to it, but that was my issue. Nice high! Delivery went without a problem.
