Here's a version that should come in just under a 5,000-character review limit while staying focused on the service rather than making accusations you can't prove:
I genuinely do not understand how a seller can take somebody's money and then seemingly make every possible effort to avoid communicating with them afterwards.
My experience has been incredibly frustrating. Payment was made promptly, and since then I have spent weeks trying to obtain the most basic information regarding my order. Not a refund. Not compensation. Not special treatment. Simply an update.
What makes the situation particularly irritating is that the account appears to remain active. The seller continues to have an online presence, yet messages regarding an outstanding order remain unanswered. At the time of writing I have accumulated around 30 unread messages in the conversation. Thirty.
Think about that for a moment.
A single unanswered message can be overlooked. Two or three might be an accident. Thirty requires a level of commitment to ignoring customers that is honestly impressive in all the wrong ways.
Had there been a genuine issue, I would have understood. Delays happen. Suppliers make mistakes. Couriers lose parcels. Life gets in the way. Most reasonable people can accept that. The problem is that those situations normally involve communication. A quick message saying, "Sorry, there's been a delay" would have gone a long way towards maintaining confidence.
Instead, the overwhelming feeling has been one of complete indifference.
The most basic expectation when buying from somebody is that they communicate. If you are taking people's money, answering questions about orders is not an optional extra. It is a fundamental part of selling. Once money has changed hands, disappearing behind a wall of silence is simply not acceptable.
As the days turned into weeks, what should have been a straightforward transaction became increasingly frustrating. Every attempt to get clarification was met with nothing. No update. No explanation. No indication of when the item might be dispatched. No acknowledgement that the messages had even been seen.
The result is that trust disappears very quickly.
What is especially disappointing is how easy this situation would have been to avoid. One message. One update. One sentence. That is all it would have taken to reassure me that the order was being dealt with. Instead, I have been left wondering whether the item will ever arrive and why a seller who is capable of taking orders appears incapable of responding to customers.
Customer service is not complicated. Treat people with respect. Communicate honestly. Keep them informed. If there is a problem, explain it. If there is a delay, say so. If there is a mistake, own it. Most customers are surprisingly understanding when they are treated like human beings.
What they do not appreciate is being ignored.
By this stage the lack of communication has become more frustrating than the delay itself. Had I received a genuine explanation, this review may never have been written. Instead, I have spent far too much time chasing information that should have been provided voluntarily.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing would be simple: proceed with caution. My experience has been characterised by poor communication, unanswered messages, a lack of updates, and an order process that has generated far more stress than it ever should have.
Perhaps other customers have had better experiences. I can only comment on my own. From my perspective, this has been one of the most disappointing buying experiences I have encountered online.
Taking payment is easy. Communicating with customers is easy. Dispatching orders is part of the job. Ignoring around thirty messages while leaving a customer completely in the dark is not customer service. It is the exact opposite of customer service.
I sincerely hope the seller eventually decides to engage with their customers, because at present the experience feels less like dealing with a business and more like attempting to contact somebody who has made avoiding responsibility into a full-time profession.LB would you mind explaining why this prick is still allowed to operate on your website??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Never arrived, they took my money , I am currently waiting for my dispute then refund. They won't check messages and doing it to other people now

I've orded 3 times with no issue, However I've just placed an order for a Paid for Next Delivery. Guess what 3 days later the seller is showing as being online, but not bothering log into messenger. So happy to take our money but can't be bothered to give customer service when they don't deliver. Fucking lovely. cheeers, i'm not talking 1 or 2 messages, i'm taking around 20. just can't be bothered. All about the money and nothing for the customer. last time i'm ordering with you. The trim itself had a few less pop corn buds in then usual but this is nothing to really complain about.The amount of times LV has sent me trim in the past that has been jam packed full of buds goes without saying and does not go unnoticed. I've also noticed that there is always posts popping up on wall saying LV is a scammer etc, I'll say one thing I've done over 50 orders with this vendor and not once has he ever let me down. LV is a top class vendor who always delivers and this is why i will continue to support him.Thank You LV

Very fast delivery arrived in 24 hours and this batch of trim is jam packed full of buds. I can't thank LV enough i don't know who else would give you this kind of value for your money. The smoke is 10/10 and it just keeps you going. It's always a pleasure dealing with this vendor one of the best on this site highly recommend him.

damn this came kinda quick i think i ordered just after cut off not sure but came in 24h after getting the notification he sent it i got around 1.5gs nugs from 7gs and its good shake i acc rlly like the taste perfect for my wake and bakes

Arrived in 24 hours, excellent stealth and there is a nice mix of bud and trim. Don’t be fooled guys this may only be trim but it’s strong stuff, it only takes a couple of minutes and the whole room stinks 🤣LV is a fantastic vendor, he always delivers and vendors like him make using this site worthwhile. Few nugs decent high but loads of sugar leaf rated 7/10 for smell and taste wasn't the best also had loads of sun burnt leaves that are impossible to remove

Arrived in 24 hours and there was well over 2.7 grams in buds mixed in with the Q of trim i brought which is unbelievable value.I'm not sure how this vendor does it but he always delivers and it's always a pleasant service dealing with him.Thank You LV

Took one day to arrive and upon opening the trim it was lovely and fresh and had a strong smell to it i knew it was going to be a good smoke :-) The trim is 10/10 and gets you nice and high and at this price point your not gonna find much else better. Thank You LV as always you really are appreciated.

Absolutely banging for the price. Bit on the high end of shake on here but 7g nugs so far out of 4 oz, all purple and smoking really clean. As for the dust, I haven’t got round to it yet. But from the visual and smell it all round smells Exactly like nugs. Probably some of the best shake I’ve had for sure, LV has always been 10/10 for me. Usually next day definitely recommend!
