Baked for a soft, fudgy centre with a perfectly crackled top, these brownies deliver deep chocolate flavour with a smooth, subtle herbal finish. Cover them in any topping you choose, my favourite is 15 secs in the microwave with some whipped cream Don’t underestimate them — they’re super strong, long-lasting, and made for those who know what they’re doing.
