I thought they varied in strength but not sure. Having just 1 is noticable but I recommend 2 at once. Personally, I was getting a buzz from watching some music videos and it made me concentrate for a long period of time.

Took 24 days to arrive after first order never arrived and RM status stayed as "expecting item". Communication was poor and any promises to compensate never happened. Surprised and disappointed by vendor as they had been my favourite for a while and they were reliable, but now not so much, not confident I'd return after this experience.
