Arrived a week after ordering 1 cart was faulty. Promiised a replacement still waiting 3 weeks later would give a 0 but no option

What the f is up with these 10/10 reviews? Must be high as a mf to think this is good service.
Everyone having same problems despite ordering on different dates to different places. Every single order has to be resent due to post problems. Either seller has the worst post office ever or there is some major BS going on.
Ordered on 29 June and finally arrived on 19 July after I threatened to raise a dispute unless it arrived today. Amazing what they can do when they want to.

Same as other reviewers. Initially my order popped up as anonymous but seller told me how to fix that and after the initial package seemed to be lost, seller posted another and came in 2 days. Honest and will use again !

Problems with RM meant it took a while, tracking wasn’t updating either. Got a reship sorted without any problems and it came next day, no fault of sellers, great product as usual.

Took a long time. Didn't seem to register any activity in royal mail tracking. I went back to the supplier and they arranged a resend. Just received. Even though the delay was a pain the comms from Lady Luck were fantastic and kept in contact resulting in a successful redelivery.

Original package was not delivered by RM and tracking stuck. Seller excellent response times and clarity, offered to re-send. New package sent arrived in one day, great service throughout thanks mate 10/10

The cart was amazing until about halfway. It then got blocked, and I have tried every method possible to unblock it with no luck.

Great packaging, no leaks/spills as I've had with other vendors. Nice calming effect which lasts a good few hours minimum. Will more than likely be a repeat customer.

Arrived on a Sunday, so no messing about.The pods themselves are an innovation, it’s great to be able to gauge exactly what is in the tank and they perform brilliantly.The resin itself is, as you can expect from Lady Luck, top quality.i will definitely be buying these again.

Had a bit of an issue with 2 carts leaking, greats comms with vendor offered to replace no problem.
These carts are much better than the glass style
Decent high off these but they don't half sent your tolerance through the roof if you hit it all day!

I can see how these carts are better, but 1 of the 2 clogged and spat a little. That's not atypical for most carts in my experience but these seem more efficient! Flavour is on point.

Speedy delivery first and foremost. This is my first time using ccell carts and they are honestly amazing. Super smooth draws without any burn through the whole cart. As long as this dope vendor is selling, I will keep buying!

The cart clogged basically straight away and the few tokes i did have were harsh as F i expect that with distilate carts but I think to much terps in these 😐

Pleasantly surprised - so far, so good. These carts seem much better than the usual ones I’ve had frm other vendors, haven’t experienced any clogging or accidental over heating of the coil. Carts generally do make me cough like a MF, which usually puts me off them, but these feel ok (ish) esp. if i take more gentle draws on it. & the distillate itself is decent, a mellow discrete high as you go about your day. FYI I think my carts have a crack in the casing though - hasn’t affected it - not easy to see but theres a thin line in the pic that goes all the way up to mouth piece, on both carts. Thought it was worth mentioning

Quick delivery, after 2 days it arrived, the cart is good quality, no issues whatsoever. I was looking for distillate which wasn't harsh on the throat and it has been smooth. Best thing was the price as an introductory offer just to try out this vendors product, really enjoyed, will definitely order again.
